§ 17.02. Procedure.

  • —In any case in which petition for condemnation is filed by or on behalf of the county, a true copy of a resolution or ordinance duly adopted by the board of supervisors declaring the necessity for any taking or damaging of any property for the public purposes of the county, shall be filed with the petition and shall constitute sufficient evidence of the necessity of the exercise of the powers of eminent domain by the county. The county may employ the procedures conferred by the foregoing laws, mutatis mutandis.
