§ 7.03. Powers and duties.

—The county attorney shall be the chief legal advisor of the board, the county administrator and all departments, boards, commissions, and agencies of the county in all matters affecting the interests of the county. He shall represent the county in all civil matters as authorized by the board and as provided by this Charter and general law. He shall exercise those powers and perform those duties as permitted by the board.
