§ 9.02. Functions of planning commission.

—The planning commission shall be responsible for making recommendations to the board of supervisors on all phases of county planning, including a master plan, zoning, and subdivision control. It shall have the powers and duties provided by general law and such other powers and duties as may be assigned by the board of supervisors.
