§ 9.03. Board of zoning appeals.

—There shall be a board of zoning appeals with those powers granted by and consistent with general law.

The board of supervisors shall appoint the board of zoning appeals, which shall consist of five members, each to be appointed for a term of five years, so that the term of one member shall expire each year. Members shall have the qualifications and exercise the powers and perform the duties the same as a board of zoning appeals appointed by a circuit court.
